Sean “Diddy” Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried are now reportedly sharing a housing unit at a federal detention center in Brooklyn.
NBC New York reports that both SBF and Diddy are currently located at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Sources reveal that the unit accommodates approximately 19 to 20 inmates, including high-profile defendants and cooperators requiring protection.
Combs faces sex trafficking allegations, while Sam Bankman-Fried, a former crypto executive, was extradited to the US from the Bahamas on seven criminal charges. These charges include campaign finance law violation, money laundering, securities fraud, commodities fraud, and wire fraud.
Diddy was denied bail last week and is awaiting trial for his federal charges. The rapper has not yet entered a guilty plea and remains in custody in NYC since his arrest on September 16th at his Manhattan hotel.
