One of the top US crypto exchanges, Coinbase, has recently announced the addition of support for three new digital assets, including the popular memecoin Gigachad (GIGA).
Gigachad (GIGA) is a Solana-based crypto asset inspired by the photo shoot of Russian bodybuilder Ernest Khalimov. Since its listing on Coinbase, GIGA has seen a significant increase of over 39% from its initial low of $0.04911 on Tuesday. Currently, GIGA is trading at $0.06844 with a market cap of $657.9 million, making it the 183rd largest crypto project.
Alongside Gigachad, Coinbase has also added support for Magic Eden (ME) on the Solana network. ME is a utility token for the Magic Eden non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace, allowing users to list their Solana-based NFTs for sale and earn tokens from the sales. Despite a 12% decrease in the last 24 hours, ME is currently trading at $5.15 with a market cap of $673.5 million, ranking as the 178th largest market cap.
Lastly, Coinbase has introduced support for Turbo (TURBO), an Ethereum-based memecoin created by GPT-4 and inspired by a toad character. Turbo is currently trading at $0.01338, marking a 30.3% increase in the last 24 hours. With a market cap of $923.8 million, Turbo holds the position of the 146th largest crypto project.
The Turbo project celebrated its listing on Coinbase, stating, “TURBO is now live on Coinbase! The toad has emerged – a monstrous, relentless symbol of power and community-driven potential. Buckle up. This is just the beginning.”
